Until credentialing with an individual insurance plan is complete, services are available on a self-pay basis. This page will be updated as insurance plans become available.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, Ironwood can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed. Clients using out-of-network benefits are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.
-
Your cost will depend on your individual insurance plan and benefits. Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other cost-sharing.
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan, so being in-network does not guarantee a specific out-of-pocket cost. You may wish to contact your insurance company directly to verify your behavioral health benefits.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance for your care, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services.
Ironwood Counseling will provide a Good Faith Estimate when required and upon request.
Your Right to a
Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, healthcare providers are required to provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of your care. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate from Ironwood Counseling at any time.
